Before making a reservation for one of our Open theme-nights, please check the availability. If you make a reservation, we will send you a confirmation. Please check the dates on this confirmation thoroughly! As soon as possible we would like to receive this confirmation back, signed as agreed. This is how you make your reservation final.
We kindly ask you to make a down payment of 50% of the expected total amount, by latest 2 weeks before the reserved evening (with the exception of the Minstrel Evening). You will find the required information for the down payment in your letter of confirmation.
Up till seven days before the reserved date, it is possible to make small changes in the number of expected guests without any costs. The number of guests known by us on that date (1 week in advance) is our guaranteed number.
All our prices are VAT inclusive.
We would like to point out that if the compilation or the nature of your party is different from what was agreed to when the reservation was confirmed, we can refuse entrance to Stadsherberg de Mol or charge the missing person(s) for whom a reservation was made in the first place. We will then charge those as ‘no show’.
For the record, we would like to ask your attention for a few rules from the General Conditions of Reservation which apply to your reservation;
We accept written cancellations only. In regard to cancelling your reservation, the following will be charged:
We will always make an effort to find another occupation as a replacement for the cancelled reservation. If we succeed, you don’t have to pay the cancellation fine.
Our reservation conditions are registered by the chamber of commerce in Delft, and will be sent to you if required.
